Foscam fi8910w connection issue
I am having major problems getting my camera to connect. I have tried every option under the sun inside of motion.conf and I can't find the right netcam_url to work. I will post errors I get when I first load motion.
I will also post the various versions of the netcam_url.
From what I have read, netcam_userpass does not work with this camera. I have to add pass into my url itself.
Not sure if use snapshot.cgi, or videostream.cgi, or what?
If I type http://192.168.200.189/snapshot.cgi
into web browser, i see the image from the camera. But can't get motion to connect
Mulitple configs used,
# URL to use if you are using a network camera, size will be autodetected (incl http:// ftp:// or file:///)
# Must be a URL that returns single jpeg pictures or a raw mjpeg stream. Default: Not defined
# netcam_url http://192.168.200.189/snapshot.cgi?user=[*****]&pwd=[******]&count=0
# netcam_url http://****:*****@192.168.200.189:80/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=USR&pwd=PWD&
# netcam_url http://****:****@192.168.200.189/videostream.cgi?user=USER&pwd=PWD
# Username and password for network camera (only if required). Default: not defined
# Syntax is user:password
# netcam_userpass ****:*****
# The setting for keep-alive of network socket, should improve performance on compatible net cameras.
# 1.0: The historical implementation using HTTP/1.0, closing the socket after each http request.
# keep_alive: Use HTTP/1.0 requests with keep alive header to reuse the same connection.
# 1.1: Use HTTP/1.1 requests that support keep alive as default.
# Default: 1.0
When I run. I keep getting this error.
